Our basic bath includes a bath with shampoo and conditioner, towel and blow dry, brush out, ear cleaning, nail trim, paw pad trim, and private area trim. Eyes trim, anal gland ( by request only )

Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, we cannot accept your dog for grooming if his vaccines have expired, even if it was just a couple of days ago. To comply with NYC laws and ensure the safety of all pets and staff, we require that all vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, be up to date.

Once your dog’s vaccines are current, we’ll happily schedule an appointment and give your furry friend the grooming they deserve! Please contact us if you have any questions or need help finding a local vet for a quick update. We’re here to help!

To help your pet have the best grooming experience:

•  Schedule a first-time appointment: We recommend scheduling your pet’s first grooming appointment early in the day. This allows us to provide a smooth "in and out" experience with minimal wait time, especially if your pet may be nervous. 
• Make sure your pet is relaxed and well-exercised before the appointment.
• Ensure their vaccinations are up to date (proof is required).
• Let us know if your pet has any specific needs, sensitivities, or health issues so we can tailor our services accordingly.

We recommend making an appointment to ensure we have availability at your preferred time. However, we do accept walk-ins when we can! Please keep in mind that walk-ins may experience longer wait times, especially during busy periods.

We tailor our services based on your pet’s coat type, size, and any specific requests you may have to ensure they receive the best care possible!

 We always want you and your pet to leave happy! If you’re not completely satisfied with your pet’s haircut, we’re happy to offer a complimentary fix within 48 hours. Even if you can’t return right away, just let us know within that time frame, and we’ll arrange a convenient time to make any adjustments.

If more than 48 hours have passed, we’ll still be glad to help with any changes at 50% of the regular price. Our goal is to ensure your pet looks and feels their best, and we’ll work with you to make that happen!

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets for grooming if they have fleas or ticks, even if they are on medication. This is to ensure the health and safety of all pets and staff in our facility.

We recommend that you treat your pet for fleas or ticks before scheduling a grooming appointment. Once the infestation is completely resolved, we’ll be happy to welcome your pet back for their grooming session. If you have any questions about this policy, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
